Dr. Thelá R. Thatch is an HR executive, professor, author of The Diversity Dilemma, and AI technology founder. She has led inclusion strategy for Live Nation Entertainment, coached HR teams at Paychex, designed workforce policy for LA County, and taught doctoral public policy at Walden University.
